1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Cuest, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
2. Eligibility
Cuest is available to students, researchers, and staff of partnered educational institutions. You must have a valid institutional email address to register. You must be at least 16 years old to use this service.
3. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
4. Survey Participation
As a Participant:
- You agree to provide honest and thoughtful responses
- You will not attempt to manipulate or game the reward system
- You will only participate in surveys you are eligible for
- You understand that rewards are subject to fraud verification
As a Project Owner:
- You have appropriate ethics approval for your research
- Your surveys comply with institutional research guidelines
- You will not collect sensitive data beyond what is approved
- You are responsible for the content of your surveys
5. Rewards & Points
- Points are earned based on survey completion and quality
- Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred
- Rewards are subject to availability and may change
- Fraudulent activity will result in forfeiture of all rewards
- We reserve the right to modify the reward system at any time
6. Prohibited Conduct
- Creating multiple accounts to earn additional rewards
- Providing false or misleading survey responses
- Using automated tools or bots to complete surveys
- Sharing survey links outside the intended audience
- Attempting to hack or disrupt the platform
- Harassing other users or platform staff
7. Intellectual Property
The Cuest platform, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Cuest and protected by intellectual property laws. Survey content remains the property of the respective survey creators.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately and any unredeemed rewards will be forfeited.
9. Limitation of Liability
Cuest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the past twelve months.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
